ProSpool has the largest range of spooling heads and configurations available for contract work in Europe. Our custom spooling lines produce spool widths from 2mm wide up to 76mm wide, and spool outer diameters from 50mm up to 500mm.
To deliver consistently high quality spooled materials we take account of a number of critical factors including the full range of spooling patterns available, the material characteristics, payoff speeds, handling conditions, and un-wind requirements. We pay close attention to considerations such as tolerance levels, winding pitch and tension.
Our modern spool winding equipment with the latest electronic drives enables us to produce longer lengths of material in stable packages. These are less prone to damage during transit and handling. With our deep understanding of materials and winding technology, we can level wind even the most difficult substrates.
